Karen's Biography
Karen brings nearly ten years of experience to HomeGate Realty of Nevada. Coming from a long family history of REALTORS®, Karen carries on the tradition specializing in residential real estate. She has also spent several years in new home construction, giving her a well-rounded knowledge of the business. She has a strong passion for helping others and especially enjoys helping others realize their real estate goals. Karen many lists of accomplishments includes being awarded HomeGate’s Top Listing Agent as well as earning the top position in the $7 Million Dollar Club. It’s no surprise that she continues to win top quarterly sales volume awards throughout the year as well. She just recently passed the state brokers exam and will soon acquire her Broker/Salesman license as well as her *CRS and *GRI designations. She feels continued education is the key to her success and the success of her clients.
Karen and her husband Greg have been area residents for over 14 years and share their time between Reno/Sparks and South Lake Tahoe. Karen is the proud parent of three and enjoys hiking, camping, boating, traveling, and giving back to her clients and the community. Karen’s goals, philosophy, ethics and enthusiasm about real estate are her first priority. She takes great pride in guiding others in building their wealth through real estate investments and connecting them with other financial professionals. Karen feels that education, along with constant professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm are the key to her long time success.
